These are the official rules of the #KidsCreateKatMcGee contest ("Contest"). In This Together Media, LLC is the sponsor of the Contest ("Sponsor"). "You," "your," "yours", and "entrant" refers to an entrant of the Contest. School Library Journal, BiblioNasium and Edmodo (each, a "Partner") will help Sponsor conduct the Contest.

The Contest entry period begins September 22, 2014 at 12:01am EST and ends December 31, 2014 at 5:00pm EST ("Contest Period"). No entries for the Contest will be accepted after the end of the Contest Period. The winner(s) of the Contest will be announced live on February 2, 2015 at 12:00pm EST on Google Hangout. A video of the Contest winner announcement will be posted to the websites, Facebook pages, and Twitter feeds of Sponsor and its Partners.

The Contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States who are under 18 years old and groups of such individuals (such as book clubs and classrooms).
