I would love to participate if our "winter" weather continues like it does. I'm just afraid old man winter may decide to show his face in February and mess up any chance I have of getting out and walking.

DeleteI know walking this time of year is hard...hence my need for motivation :)
Here is how I am going to get my walk in: add extra steps to everyday activities and wear a pedometer (Fitbit One) AND use Leslie Sansone walking DVD's AND maybe hit the mall a couple of times...hope that helps.
This is a cool idea :) I'm mobility impaired and have a hard time walking the <5 minutes to my pharmacy, but even without that limit I probably wouldn't walk much. This seems like a great way to get people out moving around and making use of all the audiobooks out there!
