THE BETTER MAN
by Taylor Hart

Chase Moon hates weddings--but a guy can't avoid his brother's marriage so he's got to man up and show up. Thank goodness he did, otherwise he might have missed meeting the intriguing Autumn Lane. Looking for another opportunity to make her smile, he decides to visit her at the flower shop where she works, only to find some idiot trying to manhandle her into his car. Chase takes matters into his own hands by kicking said idiot onto his rear, ticking off Autumn who insisted she had the situation handled.

Autumn Lane has a plan in life and it doesn't include her ex fiance or some ex bronc rider thinking he has to protect her. Unfortunately, her life plan is blown up at the moment. After being left no other option then to help Chase Moon rally investors to start his his business, she ends up flying to LA to pitch his company to investors. Along the way, they end up as contestants on The Price is Right, on a moonlit beach, and at a dance club on top of a hotel roof in each other’s arms. Too bad just when things are starting to come together with the business and between she and Chase…the ex fiance threatens Chase with assault charges. The idiot offers to drop it all if Autumn will accompany him to the Governor's ball.

Chase hates the idea of Autumn with her ex, but he has a choice to make--trust his instincts or only wish he was the better man.

SUMMER IN SNOW VALLEY
The #1 Bestselling Amazon Authors of Christmas in Snow Valley,
have teamed up again with six wonderful summer romances
that are sure to make your summer sweet and sassy!

Catching Caytie by Cindy Roland Anderson
On the night Caytie Holbrook intends to break up with her cheating boyfriend, he blindsides her by announcing their engagement at a dinner party. When Caytie discovers her father is in on the scheme, she runs away from her home in Beverly Hills to hide out at her uncle’s ranch in Snow Valley,
Montana. While Snow Valley is a beautiful place, Caytie only plans to stay until her twenty-fifth birthday when she’ll inherit a trust fund her grandmother left her, allowing her to pursue her dream to move to Italy. That is until she meets Jace McAllister, an incredibly sexy—although somewhat grumpy—cowboy who threatens to disrupt her plans. Such an ADORABLE story to start this book with! LOVED IT! It was fun to see how the author took both of the characters from unstable backgrounds and had them become better because of it- to make a change instead of using it as an excuse to follow in their parents behavior. I also enjoyed the small love triangle--I did like the outcome so very much! However, it would be fun to see the author write another story with the outcome of the "other man" getting the girl- that would make a great story too.  SO. SO. SO. ENJOYED. this story!

Tin Foil Tiaras by Jeanette Lewis
Cameron Elliott has come to Snow Valley to coach Annalisa Drake in the Miss Snow Valley pageant, and prove to her demanding boss that she deserves a place at the prestigious Westbrooke Agency. But Annalisa’s handsome and protective big brother, Kyle, is determined to keep his sister from becoming a reluctant beauty queen. As Cameron tries to win Kyle over, Kyle insists some things are more valuable than a title and as crazy as it sounds, Cameron might just believe him. The stories continue to be FANTASTIC! SO LOVED the theme of the beauty pageant. I always wanted to be a beauty queen :) This brought out so many sides of the pageant and how hard it can be and how much they have to work--and how it has to be what they really want to do; not just something they do to please someone else. SO WELL WRITTEN! LOVED the big brother affection Kyle gave to Annalisa...and the sparks between Cameron and Kyle...oh yeah...this one is a true must read!

A Touch of Love by  Cami Checketts
Annie Stirland has endured a lifetime of teasing, embarrassment, and isolation due to her speech impediment. When irresistible cowboy, Luke Wilson, seems to be falling for her, she’s certain he’s too good to be true. A tragedy involving his ex-girlfriend proves she’s right. What man can resist sheltering someone they once loved? Annie knows she should walk away, but Luke isn’t ready to give her up. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS ONE! SO WONDERFUL! Couldn't stop reading! WOW! So tender. So fun. So. So. So. Good! It is amazing how a good man can help you--and to have that man love you--all the better! Another FABULOUS addition to this set!

First Love; Love First by Taylor Hart
Janet Snow doesn’t expect to get caught in a full-blown make out session at her brother’s wedding. Especially not with Michael Hamilton, the boy she’d written off ten years ago. Even though they both agree to no complications, Janet's not sure they can stick to it given their past. After a trip to the hot springs, a helicopter ride, and a proposal, even the most cautious single mother would start to wonder if true love really is just about the timing. Now Janet has to make a choice—play it safe or trust that her first love could also be her last. WOW! This one will have you laughing, crying, sighing, giggling, and clapping--So PHENOMENAL! LOVED IT! What a GREAT STORY! Would LOVE to have more of this one to see where it leads to next!

Romancing Rebecca by Kimberley Montpetit
Rebecca Dash loved spending her teen summers swooning over Jane Austin and helping her aunt at the Starry Skies Bed & Breakfast in Snow Valley. But as a recent college grad, she’d rather write sappy romance novels than go out with guys that make her a nervous wreck. When a team of fire-fighters set up camp on the lawns of the B&B and Captain Wade catches her eye, Becca soon learns that there’s more to a happily-ever-after than a flirty firemen with muscles the size of the Montana hills. A COMPLETELY DELIGHTFUL STORY! I loved that the young Becca was trying to write a romance novel and using examples all around her realizing that she couldn't get it right because she didn't have any experience in this area...that is until this summer...You will LOVE this one!

Love in Light and Shadow by Lucy McConnell
Mercedes O'Shay has sworn off gorgeous men because they have a tendency to break her heart. When she meets her new neighbor, Chet Bauer, she immediately puts him in the Do Not Date category based on his well-defined muscles and stunning blue eyes. But the more Mercedes learns about the cowboy who reads classics and forges iron, the more she realizes the heart doesn't see in black and white; it sees light and shadows. What a CAPTIVATING STORY! LOVED IT! Mercedes thinks she wants one thing, but her heart is trying to lead her somewhere else--makes for some great scenes! I so enjoyed the idea of two girls moving from the city to the country and trying to embrace this new lifestyle--so much fun! And to watch the men in this story fall for these two new girls--so entertaining! DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS ONE!

A Girl Named Grace

NEW from Taylor Hart
A GIRL NAMED GRACE

After getting court ordered to live with her grandparents in Sugar Valley, Colorado, seventeen-year-old, Maddie Haven doesn't expect to tick off the hot student body president, have a faceoff with a horrendously grumpy girl in a wheel chair, and get blamed for a school fire—all on the first day of school.

Good thing she plans to leave. And don't even ask why Maddie volunteers to help out after her grandpa has a heart attack. Staying in Sugar Valley is not possible! After an unexpected friendship with a girl named Grace leads them both on a journey that will change their lives, the only thing Maddie knows for sure is the truth never comes easy. And helping someone else just might change her in ways she never thought possible.

When the people that share her secret threaten the people she loves, Maddie is left with a choice: run away or let it all go up in smoke.

Excerpt
The car eased forward.

"Maddie?" Grandma's worried voice. "Are you all right?"

I didn't answer.

Grandma glanced back at me for a second and then sighed when I didn't look at her. She turned forward.

I didn't want to look again, but I couldn't stop myself.

Our eyes connected. His grin widened. He slowly pointed at me and started to cross the street. A silent challenge. A silent battle. A silent what?

I slammed myself back into the seat. Did I know him? I thought of all the summers past. Did he know me?

He hated me. I knew that.

Grandpa thumped his fingers hard against the steering wheel to a rhythm I didn't recognize and, after this trip, would never be able to get out of my head.

I tried to calm myself down. Who was he? Even his conjured image made the back of my spine spike with unrest.

Focus--this town. Focus--getting out. Focus--I silently begged the universe that Carrie would deliver on the money.

About the Authors
Sherry Gammon
Sherry and her wonderfully supportive husband, currently call Upstate New York home, which is also the setting for her novels. It is where they are raising their family. Sherry has a degree in Legal Assisting, and served as a medical technician in the Air Force. She and her husband worked in foster care for a number of years, from which they adopted their youngest son. She has worked in the education system for a number of years, and is currently lucky enough to be teaching teenage girls, ages 12-18. She has lived in Michigan, California, Utah, Texas, Pennsylvania, and the beautiful, but over-taxed state of New York where she has spent the last eleven years, and now considers home. It is where she spends her nights writing instead of sleeping :}

Amberlee Day
Hi, I'm Amberlee Day. I love romantic novels and movies, but I don't need those steamy scenes. How do you keep a clean romance interesting? Make it fun! Romance and humor make an irresistible combination. Don't believe me? Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is both beautiful and hilarious, and I think she's the authority on romantic novels. The end. I live in an evergreen forest in Washington state, where I love roaming the woods and exploring the beaches. Many of my stories are set in the Pacific Northwest, because all this beauty sets my imagination flying. I love pizza more than I can say without slipping into Italian, or Elvish. I believe there will be chocolate and puppies in heaven. Also books, because what would heaven be without a library? My husband and I share our forest home with five kids, two dogs, and a carpet that we won't bother replacing until at least one of those numbers change.

Cami Checketts
Cami Checketts is married and the proud mother of four future WWF champions. Sometimes between being a human horse, cleaning up magic potions, and reading Bernstein Bears, she gets the chance to write fiction. Cami graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Exercise Science. She teaches strength training at her local rec and shares health and fitness articles at http://fitnessformom.blogspot.com. Cami and her family live in the beautiful Cache Valley of Northern Utah. During the two months of the year it isn't snowing, she enjoys swimming, biking, running, and water-skiing.

Taylor Hart
Taylor Hart has always been drawn to a good love triangle, hot chocolate and long conversations with new friends. Writing has always been a passion that has consumed her daydreams and forced her to sit in a trance for long hours, completely obsessed with people that don't really exist. Taylor would have been a country star if she could have carried a tune--maybe in the next life.

Lucy McConnell
Lucy McConnell is an Amazon Best Selling Contemporary Romance Author.
She started out as an editor at an advertising agency before moving on to teach in the marketing department of the local community college. She loved teaching and often misses the academic environment. After her third child was born, Lucy retired from teaching and began to write. She has been published in national magazines, newspapers, short story compilations, and she writes cookbooks under the name Christina Dymock. Lucy has a handsome husband and four amazing children. She works as a Recreation Specialist, marketing copywriter, and author. If she's not at the computer, you can find her on the ski slopes, in a boat, in the kitchen, or in the stands watching one of her children bat, dribble, or play goalie.

In honor of the angels in Of Love & Magic, Christina Dymock with Hungry Family has created an amazing chocolate angel cake recipe.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup egg whites (10-12 large eggs)
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 ounces milk chocolate, shredded
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions
Place the egg whites and cream of tartar in a metal mixing bowl. Beat until stiff peaks form and the whites are glossy. Add the vanilla and beat well.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, powdered sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and shredded chocolate. Fold 1/2 cup of the powdered mixture into the egg whites. Repeat until all the flour mixture is incorporated into the eggs.

Pour batter into a non-stick angel food cake or bunt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 -35 minutes or until cake springs back. Run a knife around the edge of the pan and invert the pan onto a funnel or cup and allow to cool for 2 hours. Remove the cake from the pan and serve with fresh whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Author: Taylor Hart
Release Date: August 2014
Publisher: ArchStone Ink
Genre: Drama

This book is quite interesting!

There are parts where you will laugh...even giggle out loud. And there are parts that will really make you think about what you would do in that given situation.

I like this author's style and I LOVE how she started the book out talking about "her." And there is a FUN part in the book talking about "him."

Ryan Hardman has come back home for only one reason...

To make plans for the sale of the ranch that he has loved since he was a young boy.

But it is not for him...his real estate company needs the sale.

Charlotte Love is divorced and doing her best to raise her son as a single-mom.

But she has secrets...

And other's have kept secrets from her.

When Ryan comes into town after being gone for so many years trying to take her mother's ranch...

It is more than she can handle.

And true to her high school years her ex and Ryan will battle it out to win Charlotte's heart...and ranch...and son.

Will she never get her "happily ever after?"

Ups and downs will keep you guessing at which way this story is going to go.
An enjoyable read that will make you think!
