About the Author
Alma J. Yates graduated from BYU with a master’s degree in educational administration. He served as the principal of Highland Primary School in Snowflake, Arizona. He and his wife are currently serving an LDS mission in the Mexico Mexico City East Mission.
Alma has published several articles and stories in the Ensign, New Era, and Friend.
He is married to Margery Nadine ‘Nicki’ Cluff, and they are the parents of seven sons and one daughter, and the grandparents of twenty-eight grandchildren.
