In 1998 Elder Andrew Propst and Elder Travis Tuttle were loving life and serving as Mormon missionary companions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Russia.
They were doing what all missionaries do...
They were sharing the word of God.
That is until one day in March when they knocked on a door of a person who had set up an appointment with them.
After entering the apartment they were beaten, kidnapped, and held for ransom for 5 days...
